3/12 Amy: A Song of Rice and Fire

breakfast: 2 tangerines and Coke Zero, only 21 calories accord
ing to Calorie Count. (I recommend that site, by the way. You enter the food, and it keeps a running total of both your calories and your nutrition. Surprisingly, most days my nutrition is grade A).
lunch: big salad with Wishbone Ranch Salad spritzers (I love those) and Coke Zero
snack: cashews, but still <500 calories for the day so far
supper: potato wedges (not great, but I figured I had the calories to spare.. and I would have except...)
when I went home after Brownies, Jon told me he had a Hot Pocket for me. I thought, yum, hot pocket. Turned out it was 600+ calories! Wrecked my whole day. :(
