This whole weight loss thing isn't working for me! There are 4 pounds that I lose, then gain, then lose then gain. It's frustrating AND I know my doctor is going to think I'm not doing anything to lose! Granted, I'm not always super careful with what I eat, but I've been trying to do better. Even going to the gym doesn't seem to do anything. Ugh. Of course, I haven't been going as regularly as I used to, but I thought I'd at least see a little difference by now. BOO!
