3/8 Amy: The Last Pearbender

I started an account at Calorie Count. They concur that I should be aiming for 1200 a day. It's only been breakfast, but I have over half of my daily calorie allotment. Not good. It was the bagel with cream cheese. I also had a banana and a tangerine.

lunch was a small apple and a salad-- takes me up to 749, which means supper has to be 451 or below. I can manage that. But no more bagels with cream cheese.

supper: KFC-- 2 side salads with light italian dressing, Katie's string cheese, a few bites of Sean's mashed potatoes and gravy-- I still came out at below 1200
