Drink Green Tea. It is supposed to raise your metabolism. I'm trying to remember to brew a cup of unsweet Green Tea every day. Also, it has great antioxidant powers.
Go to bed early. Your body needs rest, you burn off calories faster than when you sit on the couch watching TV, and you're not eating.
Some of your meals can be made really spicy and really really really hot. Some people say that speeds up your metabolism. Maybe, maybe not. Even if it doesn't, it will MAKE you drink more water than you would normally, and you probably won't over eat if it's painful.

Stephen's Goals
I just want to loose weight by summer. I say that every year and i don't. This year I want it to happen. I'd like to be down to the 200 to 210 range.
My doctor also insists that I lose some weight.
Greg has pushed me to his loss rate; I think it's ambitious, but I'm going to try.
He's going to buy me a big steak with potato bacon bombs when I when the challenge.
Greg's Goals
I want to be under 200 .lbs by my birthday on June 17th. After my birthday, I want to get my cholesterol checked and see if I need to take medicine for it.
It is currently 265.
I want to have lost 20 by April 26. That would mean that I would weigh 220 .lbs.
Amy's Goals
It is now all-out war between me and my cholesterol.
